Meet Creator
Erin H. Maybin is a licensed cosmetologist, educator, salon owner, entrepreneur, and influential member of the NYS Appearance Enhancement Advisory Committee. In her role as the EVP of Education Development for the Natural Hairstyle & Braid Coalition, she spearheads the transformation of texture education with innovative strategies, establishing herself as a thought leader and influencer committed to uplifting the hair care industry. Her groundbreaking initiative, Hair S.T.E.A.M. LAB™, combines Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics, providing a comprehensive platform to explore the science and artistry of hair. Erin's leadership and dedication to excellence empower professionals to unleash their creativity and shape the industry's future. Furthermore, she actively serves as the Executive Advisor for the Capital of New York State Black Expo, advocating for her community and fostering empowerment through meaningful action.
